重庆理工大学介绍及国际学生招生情况

【一、     学校概况】

重庆理工大学创建于1940年，目前有杨家坪、花溪和两江国际学院3个校区，总占地面积2400余亩，现拥有1718名教职员工和27000余名全日制在读学生，其中包括1921名研究生和100余名国际留学生。学校以人才培养为根本任务，形成了理、工、管、经、文、法等协调发展的多学科体系。目前学校有本科专业62个和研究生专业50个。学校已获教育部批准建设1个教育部重点实验室、1个教育部工程研究中心，1个教育部国际合作联合实验室，已建有1个科技部批建的生产力促进中心、重庆市级科研基地（含重点实验室、工程技术研究中心、人文社会科学重点研究基地等）37个；2个校级后备重点实验室和2个校级后备人文社会科学重点研究基地，32个校级科研机构；通过产学研合作，与重庆长安汽车有限公司、重庆建设集团、重庆大江集团、重庆汽车研究所、重庆宗申集团、上海双杰科技有限公司、美国MSC.SOFTWARE公司等多个单位建立了长期进行科研合作的联合实验室、研究中心。

学校积极开展国际合作与交流。通过双学位联合培养、互认学分、学生海外游学、海外引智、合作科研、海外访学与培训等项目与美国、英国、德国、韩国、日本、俄罗斯、新加坡、泰国、越南、台湾等20 多个国家或地区的高校和科研机构开展了多形式、深层次、宽领域的合作交流。学校联合加拿大、韩国、日本、俄罗斯、匈牙利等国的科研机构成功申报教育部“节能与新能源汽车关键零部件智能制造与控制国际合作联合实验室”。

同时，2017年学校海外高端引智取得重大突破，成功引进韩国科学技术院一名教授入选我国“千人计划”外专项目专家。该教授是重庆市第12位获得此项殊荣的外国专家。 

目前，学校拥有来自波兰、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、日本、越南、孟加拉、哈萨克斯坦、刚果（布）等8个国家的156名在校留学生。在中国教育部与德国教育与科研部支持下，在重庆市教委的直接领导下，“中德（重庆）汽车职业资格培训与认证中心”落户我校，作为中德汽车职业资格培训与认证中心联盟的牵头单位，与德国手工业技能发展中心合作，培养国际化的高端汽修人才。学校携手两江新区，引进了世界一流名校——韩国科学技术院（KAIST）在电子信息工程和计算机科学与技术开展本科及研究生层次的合作办学。 

General Information of ChongqingUniversity of Technology

Foundedin 1940 , with the total coverage of 150-hectare , Chongqing University ofTechnology (CQUT) has 3 campuses, namely Hua Xi campus, Liang Jianginternational campus and Yangjiaping campus as well. CQUT boasts a teaching andresearch faculty of 1718 and total enrollment of 27,000 full-time studentsincluding 1,921 graduate students and over 100 international students. With awell-integrated multi-disciplinary academic system of engineering, technology,management, business, liberal arts, law, currently, CQUT has 62 undergraduateprograms and 50 graduate programs. Currently, CQUT has 1 key laboratory and 1engineering research center approved by Ministry of Education (MOE), 1 productivity-promotioncenter approved by Ministry of Science and Technology (MST), and 37 keylaboratories at provincial level (including both engineering and technologyresearch center, social studies centers).Meanwhile, CQUT also has 2 auxiliarykey laboratories, 2 auxiliary humanities and social studies key laboratories aswell as 32 research institutes of university. In order to match research withindustry, CQUT has maintained a long-term cooperative relationship andestablished joint labs and research centers with a number of corporations suchas Chongqing Chang’an Automobile Co.Ltd,Chongqing Dajiang Industry, Chongqing Automobile Research Institute, ChongqingZongshen Group, Shanghai Shuangjie Technology Co.Ltd, MSC.SOFTWARE Co. USA.CQUTactively gets involved in international cooperation and communication with itsoverseas counterparts. Currently, it has maintained close inter-collegiaterelationship with universities from over 20 countries and regions through dualdegree joint educational programs, credit transfer, academic exchanges andjoint research programs. The school has successfully applied to the Ministry ofEducation for “International Joint Laboratory forIntelligent Manufacturing and Control of Key Components in Energy-saving andNew Energy Vehicles” cooperated with thescientific research institutions in Canada, South Korea, Japan, Russia, Hungaryand other countries. The laboratory achieved a breakthrough in the nationalresearch base of our university and was also the only International Joint Laboratoryof the Ministry of Education in Chongqing municipal universities in 2017. Atthe same time, in 2017, theuniversity has made a major breakthrough inthe introduction of high-quality talentsfrom overseas, and hassuccessfully introduced aprofessor from South Korea's science and technology institute whohas been selected as an expertin the program of “Thousand Talents Program” inChina. The professor is the12th foreign expert to win thishonorable award in Chongqingmunicipality. 

Itnow accommodates 156 international students from Poland, Russia, Belarus,Japan, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan and the Republic of Congo. Supported byMOE of the PRC and Ministry of Education and Research, Germany, Sino-GermanAutomotive Qualification and Certification Center (SGAQCC) is established inCQUT. SGAQCC, initiated by CQUT is aimed to cultivate international automobiletalents. CQUT also carries out dual-degree programs in Electronic InformationEngineering and Computer Science and Technology at both undergraduate level andgraduate level with KAIST, a top-notch university worldwide.

一、主要项目

本科生项目：学制4年，每年9月开学，专业涵盖理、工、文、经、管、法、艺8大学科门类。完成教学方案规定的教学内容，毕业论文通过答辩，可取得毕业证书，符合学士学位规定条件者，授予学位证书。

（一）全中文授课项目：学制4年，与中国学生同班教学。不限专业。

（二）全英文授课本科项目：学制4年，单独开班。分别是计算机科学与工程、电子信息与工程。

（三）2+2联合培养项目：与越南河内开放大学合作，学制2年，符合我校规定，毕业论文通过答辩，可取得我校毕业证书和学位证书。

Undergraduate Programs: The length of schooling is four years with the beginning of termin September. Majors cover 8 subjects, such as science, engineering,literature, economics, management, law and arts. After completing the teachingcontent stipulated in the teaching plan and the graduation thesis defense, thestudents can obtain the graduation certificate and the degree certificate when conformingto the requirements of the bachelor's degree.

1. Programs Taught in Chinese: It has four years ofschooling without any limitation of the major. The international students willbe taught in the same class with the Chinese students.

2.Programs Taught in English: It has four years ofschooling with a separate class for international students. The programs areestablished for those majoring in computer science and engineering as well aselectronic information and engineering.

3. 2+2 Joint Training Program: It has two years ofschooling, cooperating with Hanoi Open University in Vietnam. If conforming tothe regulations of our school and passing the graduation thesis defense, theinternational students will obtain the graduation certificate and degreecertificate of our school.

Postgraduate Programs: Thelength of schooling is three years with the beginning of term in September.After completing all credits, the graduation thesis and its defense, thestudents can obtain the graduation certificate and the master's degree.Now the MBA major can alsorecruit international students

汉语进修生项目：学制1年，每年9月开学，设有初级汉语班、中级汉语班和高级汉语班。学业结束时将取得重庆理工大学颁发的进修证书和成绩单。

【三、申请资格】

3.Applicant Qualifications

申请者须为持有效外国护照的非中国籍公民，愿意遵守中国政府的法律和学校的规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯。

Applicants mustbe non-Chinese citizens who hold valid foreign passports and are willing toabide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government as well as theschool and to respect the customs of the Chinese people.

 

1、汉语进修生：年满18周岁，身体健康。

1. ChineseLanguage Students: Those who have reached the age of 18 and in good health

2、本科生：年满18周岁，身体健康，具有高中毕业或高中以上学历, 已获得HSK 5级标准证书者。

2. Undergraduates:Those who have reached the age of 18 and in good health, have graduated fromhigh school or aboveand have obtained the New HSK Level 5 Certificate. 

3、硕士生：年满18周岁，身体健康，具有相关专业学士学位;，已获得HSK中等汉语水平C（6）级或新HSK5级标准证书者。

3. Postgraduates:Those who have reached the age of 18 and in good health, have a bachelor'sdegree related to the major and have obtained the New HSK Level 5 Certificate.

1）填写完整的《重庆理工大学外国留学生留学申请表》；

2）护照首页复印件；

3）《外国人体格检查记录》；

4）第一学历和/或最高学历证书复印件及相关成绩单原件；

5）在国外的无犯罪证明记录

6）HSK成绩单或汉语水平证明材料

7）申请硕士研究生者还须提交研究计划和2名教授推荐信。

2、重庆理工大学对申请材料进行审阅评价，组织必要的考试考核，决定是否录取。一经录取，学校将邮寄给学生录取通知书和来华学习签证申请表（JW201/202）。被录取的学生须持录取通知书和来华学习签证申请表（JW201/202）到中国使馆申请来华的学习签证。

2. ChongqingUniversity of Technology reviews and evaluates application materials, organizesnecessary examinations and then decides whether or not toadmit. Upon admission, the school will send a student acceptance letter anda visa application form for studying in China (JW201/202). Students admittedmust apply for a study visa from the Chinese Embassy with an acceptance letterand a visa application form for studying in China (JW201/202).
